Bob had never seen his friends like this. He wasn't quite sure what to make of it. All he knew was that he had to put a stop to it.

I guess Bob's just not feeling the vibe. Maybe he feels discriminated against because he has eyebrows.
This was inspired by an odd conjunction of things (the craving of candy among them).
