Because there's not enough pink in your life.
I decided to not go with the usual black background. I know it's not a big change, but I thought I'd go with the gradient. Also, this one was done with the specific intent of desktop background. Almost all of my pieces are 1024x768, but this one was made with specifically desktops in mind. And I know lots of people have widescreen (I mean, *I* have widescreen), but my computer struggles to render the little there is as it stands, so I didn't feel like throwing more at it. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
